Eastern Officials Association (EOA) Football Referees are dedicated to providing the highest quality officiating for all levels of competition in the greater Hampton Roads area, including parts of eastern Virginia and North Carolina.
EOA Football referees are experienced and well skilled at officiating tackle, flag, 7-on-7, and sand football events. Our referees are certified to officiate NFHS (VHSL) and a variety of other levels of play.
